Jeannine Montgomery is a certified Children's Yoga instructor through the NC School of Yoga. In addition she recently became a YogaFit Level 1 teacher. She earned her undergraduate degree in Dance Education from UNC-Greensboro and an additional certification in Elementary Education through North Carolina Central University. She taught in the Durham Public Schools system for six years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Jeannine's natural gift of teaching, love of children and dynamic personality allow her students to leave each class feeling happier and more at peace than when they entered. Jeannine passionately believes that yoga is for every BODY regardless of age, race or socioeconomic status. She is passionate about sharing her love of movement and healthy living with all of her students. As Jeannine continues to learn and grow as a yoga teacher she becomes more and more committed to sharing her gifts and talents with the children and adults in her community.
